Premier Wen talked to Yingke Lawyer

Under the accompany of Party Secretary of Beijing City, Qi Liu, our Premier Jiabao Wen has visited the Maizidian Community Service Center of Chaoyang District to listen the voice from public for his annual draft of “Government Work Report”. The representatives from an extensive ranges from society, honorably, the Director of Yingke, Huizhen Hao was invited as the representative of legal professional and made the profound speech.   

Lawyer Hao’s speech, she firstly ,on behalf of all the Beijing Lawyers, express the best regards to Premier Jiabao Wen. Then she pointed out the importance of lawyers’ mediation function, which promotes the development of socio-economic. She also mentioned the principle of “Law as the basic services, legal services for the people” that advocates the “Three ones”there is a legal service centre for each street, a law firm for each community and a lawyer for each resident.

Meanwhile, Lawyer Hao combined with her practical experience emphasized the positive influence exerted by lawyers on the social problems, such as the major decisions, pre-intervention of major projects, emergency treatment and routine visit and reception. Our lawyers use our own legal knowledge to serve the society, pay attention on public and solve the dilemma of modern time.     

Furthermore, Lawyer Hao asserted that the lawyers playing as legal consular should make a good coordination between governmental departments. And she wish this method should be fixed and hope Premier could take this idea into his report.  

After her speech, Premier Wen expressed a high appreciation and applaused lawyer Hao’s opinions. Especially, the demolition issue draw Premier Wen’s more attention.
